We are currently looking for new people to join our talented team in a number of full-time positions.

 

SALES AND DESIGN CONSULTANT

Full-time/Indefinite Contract

The position involves liaising with clients to understand their requirements, assisting them in their selections, guiding them on the various materials and products and preparing quotations and orders.

Preferred Skills and qualifications:

  • Must be interested in design with a flair for interiors.
  • Have a good eye for detail.
  • Be fluent in both English and Maltese.
  • Be smart and personable, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Be able to listen to clients and motivated to assist them.
  • Previous experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of computer imaging software would be considered an asset.

CUSTOMER CARE AND LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Full-time/Indefinite Contract

Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, the primary focus of this role will be to handle customer orders within a portfolio of brands and suppliers.  The chosen person will be capable of working on his/her own initiative, fulfilling the following responsibilities:

  • Follow up on every order to ensure the operation runs smoothly
  • Update customers with ETA’s and shipment status of their respective orders
  • Liaise with suppliers and forwarding agents to ensure orders are shipped and received on time
  • Follow up with service calls and customer enquiries on orders
  • Make client appointments for installations
  • Perform general office administrative work such as data inputting, filing, processing orders
  • Assist with handling enquiries via email, phone, website as necessary.

Preferred Skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and also the ability to work well within a team
  • A minimum O-level standard of education
  • Proficiency in the use of basic IT applications, with qualifications such as ECDL
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft including Excel and Word
  • A good communicator with proficiency in written and spoken English and Maltese.

 

FURNITURE FITTERS

Full-time/Indefinite Contract

Joinwell employs a team of fitters on a full-time basis to perform the installations of premium quality furniture and kitchens. We are seeking to recruit additional fitters to join our team. Experience will be considered an asset.

 

STOREKEEPER

Full-time/Indefinite Contract

We are looking for a hard-working Storekeeper whose responsibilities include the upkeep of the warehouse, the preparation of orders for deliveries, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the warehouse.

Applicant must:

  • Have a dedicated team spirit
  • Be organised and eager to learn
  • Be self-motivated
  • Be computer literate
  • Have a minimum ‘O’ level standard of education.

 

DELIVERY PERSON / DRIVER

Full-time/Indefinite Contract

A self-motivated and keen individual is required to work as a Delivery person/Driver within the Joinwell logistical operation. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering furniture to clients around Malta and Gozo.  Applicants must be proficient in speaking both English and Maltese and be in possession of Malta Transport driving licence C1.
