The Role
As Project Leader, you will drive the successful delivery of multiple projects — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You’ll foster collaboration across departments, lead with initiative, and continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve key milestones on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee budgets, track costs, and maintain financial control.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–5 years’ experience in project leadership or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a similar setting is considered an asset, but training will be provided to the selected candidate.
