Econetique, established in 2009 now being part of JoinwellFxb is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions in the Maltese Islands, specialising in designing, supplying and installing a range of eco-friendly systems, including photovoltaic systems, air conditioning units, underfloor heating, heat pumps, and more. 

As part of our commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Clerk to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering a professional and welcoming experience. Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the successful candidate will also play an essential role in supporting the team with customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage supplier and client accounts.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile petty cash accounts and handle cash disbursements.
  • Track production control hours and report missing data.
  • Manage calls, service requests, and client inquiries.
  • Maintain financial records and office supplies.
  • Assist with grant applications, warranty documents, and other office tasks

Requirements

  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and multitasking and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be self-motivated and proactive

Previous experience in a similar environment would be considered an asset; however, the company will provide extensive training to the chosen candidate and will therefore also consider applications from motivated and inexperienced individuals. Only persons already living in Gozo need apply.
