Job Description

Econetique, established in 2009 now being part of JoinwellFxb group is a leading provider of
renewable energy solutions in the Maltese Islands, specializing in designing, supplying and
installing a range of eco-friendly systems, including photovoltaic systems, air conditioning units,
underfloor heating, heat pumps, and more. We are seeking experienced candidates for the
position of Technical Support.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the selected candidate will engage with clients,
assess their needs provide product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in the showroom to understand their needs, preferences, and budget,
  offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct site visits prior to the commencement of works.
• Schedule installations for workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate material delivery and lifting logistics.
• Oversee the commissioning of systems.
• Perform routine site visits to inspect work carried out by installers and subcontractors.
• Liaise with the stores department to prepare materials for installation.
• Organize and schedule maintenance call-outs.
• Prepare accurate quotations to convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
