The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering a professional and welcoming experience.

The Role

Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the successful candidate will also play an essential role in supporting the sales team with customer service and sales-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Manage and maintain an organised front desk area
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and other appointments.
  • Recommend products to help customers identify & purchase products they require
  • Answering client questions and addressing concerns
  • Informing customer about sales, promotion and policies

Skills & Experience Required

  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be self-motivated and proactive

Previous experience in a similar environment would be considered an asset; however, the company will provide extensive training to the chosen candidate and will therefore also consider applications from motivated and inexperienced individuals. Only persons already living in Malta need apply.
