Job Description

JoinwellFXB, a leading furniture company with decades of industry expertise, is actively seeking a full-time HR & Admin Manager to play a critical role in driving the organization's success.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
  • Lead the formulation of induction and training programmes for the continuous development of all the employees.
  • Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and nurturing a positive work environment.
  • Support the payroll preparation through the respective timely inputs.
  • Organizing company events.
  • Managing facilities and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

While candidates with previous experience in a similar environment will be considered an asset, the company is also committed to provide extensive training to the chosen candidate. Therefore, motivated but inexperienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
