We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Support Executive to join our operations team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic production environment, supporting planning, coordination, and day-to-day manufacturing operations.

The Role

As a Manufacturing Support Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating production schedules, managing materials, and ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Manufacturing Manager, you will help align production priorities with business goals, support process improvements, and maintain accurate operational records.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling

• Coordinate and maintain the manufacturing schedule across all sites in line with business priorities.
• Monitor progress of manufacturing activities and proactively flag risks or delays.
• Provide recommendations to the Manufacturing Manager to optimise timelines and resource allocation.

Materials Procurement & Inventory Oversight

• Assist with ordering, tracking, and maintaining inventory of raw materials and supplies.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Support in maintaining accurate records of stock levels and supplier information.

Administrative Support

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Maintain and organise files, records, and databases related to manufacturing activities.
• Assist in handling correspondence and communication between departments and suppliers.

Operational Coordination & Compliance

• Support the Manufacturing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Help identify process improvements and efficiencies within the manufacturing workflow.

General Support

• Perform other tasks reasonably assigned to support operations.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with production planning systems.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
