Job Description

To sustain its ongoing growth, the company is seeking a Front Desk & Administration Assistant to join its well-established organization.

The position calls for a very cordial and smart individual, having a good command of the English and Maltese language, capable of working on his/her own initiative, have excellent organizational skills, telephone and email manners, able to multitask and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and directing customers as well as coordinating their various stages of interaction with the company,
  • Responding in a knowledgeable, professional and timely manner to all telephone and email enquiries and forwarding accordingly.
  • Schedule and set appointments for the customers.
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support as required

Previous experience in a similar environment would be considered an asset; however the company will provide extensive training to the chosen candidate and will therefore also consider applications from motivated and inexperienced individuals.

Applicants must be fluent Maltese speakers.
