January 2023: We don’t have enough words to praise all the Joinwell staff starting from the Sales Representative Nancy, who was available all the time and helped us to design our dream kitchen and library, Vanessa the Production and Control Manager who very patiently postponed our delivery date twice without any hesitation, the delivery men, and the amazing installers who worked and assembled the furniture very carefully, You all guys did an amazing job. Just a quick note to say how fantastic the joinwell team were yesterday! It was quite a difficult unload which they managed very efficiently and with a smile in spite of the searing heat! The lorry driver (sorry I don’t know his name but he always does the deliveries) and his two assistants and Chris and Mark worked together as a very organized and professional team.

Just to notify you that we are very happy with our kitchen and that we want to praise the installers Mark and Adrian for their efficient service provided the past two days.

We wish to express our thanks on the completion of our Kitchen which was assembled by your carpenters. I must mention and thank Victor Tanti who carried the work without fuss and great professionalism. I must also mention his assistant Eman Spiteri who assisted Mr Tanti. They worked splendidly as a team. Our thanks also go to Ms Louana Portelli who organised our appointments. Finally our sincere thanks and appreciation go to Ms Jessica Zammit Stevens who so patiently helped us make our choice of kitchen , dining and sitting room.

Lately we purchased a kitchen from your company. I would like to congratulate your staff for the expertise and help. A special mention goes to Mrs. Jessica Zammit Stevens who handled the order and planned the kitchen to our satisfaction. We were amazed by the workers who fitted the kitchen. We were bestowed a first-class service. Mr. Chris Mifsud was exceptional. He is very professional.

April 2022: I am very satisfied with Joinwell’s professional and efficient service. I worked with the sales and design consultant Kirsten and installer Victor. They were both very patient and went out of their way to make their client happy and satisfied. Besides this, it was the only company I had that took the carton boxes with them.From my experience I surely recommend Joinwell. 💯

October 2021: My compliments to Joinwell for their efficiency during the installation of the kitchen and bedroom. Thanks to Kevin, Glen and Francesco for their punctuality, and excellent and efficient work. They also cleaned after using power tools and removed the delivery boxes upon completing their work.

Joinwell-best service like always. Had an issue with three kitchen stools that we had bought about two and a half years ago. Their piping started to crack. Joinwell replaced all three stools without any hassle, ifs, buts or any other silly excuse. A big thank you and a big well done to Jessica Zammit Stephens who handled our issue. Also, well done to the two employees who came to replace the stools. Extremely well mannered and polite, taking all packing material back with them.
